Rhonda SG elindra mentioned to me a few weeks ago that the banks were going to revise the way they processed cheques and instead of being more efficient, they were going to take more days to process them, is that right? Has that change taken effect already? I really couldn't believe it when she told me - instead of improving, it's like taking three steps back! I mean, are we now competing to be the slowest?
